Armand Doucet is a teacher, author, entrepreneur, and sportsman known the world over, who has been teaching at Riverview High School for three years. He set himself the goal of not only combining skills and technology in the classroom, but also giving teachers a voice, among other things, through the best-seller Teaching in the Fourth Industrial Revolution: Standing at the Precipice, of which he is one of the authors. This book, written by six internationally recognized teachers and finalists for the Global Teacher Prize, offers a modern, inclusive approach for teachers. Mr. Doucet plans to publish a follow-up to their masterpiece. He also gets his students to do unusual projects with what he calls “passion projects” by incorporating the digital age into the classroom. Armand Doucet is, first and foremost, a teacher who wants to offer the young people of New Brunswick the best possible education system and is doing everything in his power to make it come true.
